Donate a Towel to help hurricane victims

SINT MARTIN (MARIGOT) - The huge upheaval from the passage of hurricane Dorian has left those in the Bahamas in destitute situations. BPW Concordia St. Martin has been drawn to assist those in need, as we champion our triennial theme: Realizing the Sustainable Development Goals. SDG1 (No Poverty), SDG 3(Good Health and Well Being) and SDG 17 (Partnership), the civic organization said in a press statement on Monday.

“We have organized a drive called "Donate a Towel". This drive will be conducted on October 5th, 2019 from 7am to 3pm. You can follow us on our Facebook page and on our local radio stations or the location.

“We are asking the general public to support this humanitarian effort by donating a towel to those in need as we remember our past situation just two years ago.”
