SINT MAARTEN (PHILIPSBURG) - Masters Tax Consulting (MTC)/Benjamin & Parker Corporation combined forces to host the first Tax Event in Sint Maarten on FEBRUARY 9, 2018.

The objective of this event is to give the entire community of Sint Maarten the opportunity to come and expose their tax problems where our professionals will give the participant the “hands on” solutions on how to address tax inconvenience in accordance with the 2017 Federal Tax legislation.

The panel comprised of Mrs. Pamela Gordon-Carty MBA, ex Deloitte Senior tax Consultant of Masters Tax Consulting, Mr. Terence Jandroep CRA, ex Moret Ernst & Young, Tax Specialist and Regional Director of Benjamin & Parker, and Mr. Iva Jno Baptist, Junior Tax Consultant of Masters Tax Consulting, a combined force of four decades of experience in the corporate and personal consulting.

Tax Collections & liens

Protest Letters Analysis

Tax Refund management

The participants will have to bring the following:

Receivers list of outstanding debts

Copy of protest letters

Filed tax returns for the years in question
